RECURRENT DONOR

Recurrent donations ensure continuity of services to individuals for whom we are the only option of affordable healthcare.

Congregations who donate on a recurrent basis have the option of referring their uninsured and underinsured congregants and clients to us for healthcare. We provide donor acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.

FUNDRAISE FOR US

Do you like one of our initiatives? Now you can fundraise on our behalf to keep it going. You can fundraise on your birthday or during the holidays and donate the proceeds to one of our many projects: women's health, men's health, diabetes management, dental health, or the training of future health professionals.

GIVE AN IN-KIND DONATION

You can donate goods, services or time. We welcome donations of disposable items such as diabetic testing kits, sharps containers, gloves, paper towels, disinfectant, and office supplies. We also welcome donations of gently used big-ticket items such as room dividers and examination beds. We provide donor acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.

SPONSOR AN EVENT

You may sponsor an event such as a dental clinic day. It takes $4000 to run each dental clinic. Your sponsorship assures dental care for up to 42 persons at each event including follow-up care.

You may also sponsor an online group cooking class with a plant-based chef. Your sponsorship amount of $200 will allow 5 patients to learn how to prepare healthy meals in the comfort of their own kitchens, while being coached online by a chef.
