As a valued member of our Well One Health patient community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
We are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our policies and protocols as a result of new information.
Please know that our clinic is following all recommended guidance from public health authorities, including best practices for hygiene, infection control and medical professional team health. We feel confident in our ability to continue seeing patients and providing the quality care that you have come to expect and deserve.
Our highest priority is to keep all of our patients and staff as safe as possible.
Therefore, we will be taking patients' temperatures and asking these screening questions prior to allowing them to enter the building. Notably, all patients need to consider these questions prior to going to the physician office:
Have you traveled outside of the U.S. in the last 14 days?
Have you had close contact with someone who traveled outside of the U.S. in the last 14 days?
Do you have fever and/or respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath?
If you meet any of the above criteria, you will be asked to wait outside where we can do an assessment before allowing you in the building so that we do not expose other patients and staff. For the latest information on coronavirus, go to www.CDC.gov
Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as we work together to fight this virus!
Welcome to Well-One Health Inc.
We are a volunteer-driven, non-profit health promotion organization that exists to provide comprehensive, timely, and cost-effective care to the uninsured and underinsured in order to empower communities to improve their health and well-being through community-based partnerships.
We believe this is a ministry firmly grounded in the belief that health is the result of multifactorial processes which encompasses the physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects of our being. We address these elements by providing direct care or linkages to partners who help us fulfill our mission. We advocate for primary prevention practices and firmly assert that prevention is necessary to both individual and population health improvements.
Healthcare is an inalienable human right and should be rendered in a professional, culturally competent manner regardless of a person's ability to pay, race, ethnicity, religion, age, health circumstance, sexual orientation or gender expression.
Healthcare includes all services, interactions, and policies aimed at improving health. Quality healthcare is founded on evidence-based recommendations, best practices and patient preferences.
The patient is responsible for his or her health and can be motivated and empowered to secure optimal health through successful collaboration with healthcare providers.
AUTONOMY & ENGAGEMENT
All patients deserve respect, compassion, and judgment-free care.
